GAS AND MAINTENANCE COSTS
Gas and Maintenance Costs
After a long and tedious haggling process youve gotten then car you want at the price you want. However, the purchase price isnt all your going to pay after you drive away. Your gas and maintenance bills will stack up fast.
Gas prices are on the rise, and the difference between a 20-mile per gallon guzzler and a 40-mile per gallon economy car could be in the hundreds of dollars every year.
Some of those unexpected maintenance and repair costs can suck those extras dollars out of your bank account. Many of these extra costs start to rear their ugly heads within two or three years, or around 40,000 miles on the road.
One thing you can do prior to purchasing that special vehicle is to research that auto in The Auto Dealer to find the gas mileage for your specific make and model. This can assist you in finding those long-term estimates for how much you may spend in maintenance costs.
